Online hypnotherapy sessions are very effective as you are in your own environment which makes you feel more comfortable.  All you need is a laptop, computer or smart phone and a safe relaxed space to get the benefits from this amazing experience.

Hypnotherapy Sessions and Fees

  • The initial consultation and Hypnotherapy session lasts for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, a standard hypnotherapy session lasts approximately 1 hour.  Any session that runs over the allocated time will be subject to additional fees.

  • Fees are stated on the website and are subject to change at any time. 

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment day and time.

  • Payment methods accepted are Bank Transfer or PayPal.  Bank details are available on request.   Invoices are issues on request.

  • The therapist and client will ensure suitable technology for online sessions as well as strong Wi-Fi signal.

  • Where there are technological malfunctions, reconnections will be attempted during the session.  During the session, in the event of a complete technological failure, the appointment will be rescheduled.

  • Occasionally it may be necessary for the client to obtain permission prior to commencement of hypnotherapy.

  • If a client is receiving medical treatment, then a diagnosis must be sought when possible, and health professionals may be informed of hypnotherapy treatment.

 

Cancellation

  • The client has the right to cancel any session made over the phone, by email, text or via the internet as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling of a therapy session requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.  If a client cancels the therapy session within 24 hours of the appointment the client will be charged the full cost of the appointment.  I reserve the right to retain 100% of the fee paid if less than 24 hours’ notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Any request for a refund for a session cancelled prior to the agreed 24 hours will be made by direct payment to your bank account within 5 working days of the date of the request.

  • If an emergency requires the therapist to cancel the session, as notice as possible will be given and either a full refund or rescheduled session will be arranged.
