We are often told that you have to love yourself before you can love someone else, but is this true?

Like any relationship, your relationship with yourself has highs and lows and can change daily depending on your circumstances, we are sometimes harder on ourselves than we are
on others. We tend to overthink or take blame rather than looking at the issues and resolving them.
You can change the way you feel about yourself using hypnotherapy, learn your self-worth, develop self-control, become more confident in yourself and be your best self.

Building and maintaining relationships takes effort from all involved, a healthy relationship requires respect and trust.
There are many factors that can change relationships and all relationships have ups and downs. However if you feel stuck in a relationship or feel you are in an unhealthy relationship with your partner, parent, child, friend or whomever, hypnotherapy can help you to improve yourself and review the relationship. You may manage to restore the relationship or realise that you no longer need that relationship in your life. The end of a relationship often causes us a lot of anguish and can trigger emotional trauma.
